Muskaan, a noble Institute for education to under privilege children, is doing such a wonderful work. It provides an opportunity and platform to these children who really needs support to come up. It not only educating children but developing them in all respects. I have extensive experience working with these children as a volunteer counsellor. I am enjoying helping the students complete in-class activities

Muskaan is making a great impact in the society by providing required education to the underprivileged children. We have been in touch with the organisation for more than 7 years and have seen the efforts to educate and empower the specific portion of the society.

This year my husband and I had the opportunity to tour India. While in Ahmedabad we were invited to the Muskaan school for their five-year anniversary celebration. We were warmly greeted my both the children and their parents. The children live up to the school’s name; all of them were smiling and happy to be there. The quality of their education was equally impressive as we observed from the speeches the children gave. Mala Shah has achieved so much. I am happy to support her efforts and encourage others to do so as well.

I am from the United States. In January 2023 while in Ahmedabad, I visited Mala Shah’s Muskaan centre for Free Education & Skill Development for Slum Kids and Women. I was very impressed. The facilities were great. The kids I met were very impressive. They were well dressed and seemed very happy to be there. My visit to Muskaan is one of my favourite memories from my travel to the subcontinent. I support this organization and would encourage others to do so as well. On our last visit to India, we were fortunate enough to visit Muskaan on their 5th anniversary celebration. Over 100 underprivileged kids welcomed us with smiles and songs. It was heartwarming to hear their stories, their journey and their overwhelming appreciation of Muskaan. We felt a sense of peace for these kids as we saw Muskaan was preparing them for a bright and successful future. Mala Shah and team you are doing outstanding work! "Muskaan " is a Muskaan not only for u underprivileged children who come there after their school, it is also a "Muskaan” who come there as a volunteer! Children come to learn and reinforce their ability on various subjects. They learn with fun! Children learn moral values through arts and crafts. Kids learn in Nature's cradle and look forward to come every day. It is a great...social set up.

THIS IS AN Organization which selflessly carries out COMMENDABLE work FOR the upliftment of SOCIETY. IT PROVIDES FREE EDUCATION TO THE POOR AND NEEDY CHILDREN. FEW TEACHERS ALSO COME VOLUNTARILY TO GIVE TUITION TO WEAK AND HELPLESSLY NEGLECTED CHILDREN. SO WE ARE CONNECTED TO WITH MUSKAAN AND HELP THEM BY PROVIDING STATIONARY AND BREAKFAST TO NEEDY STUDENTS.

Muskaan is not giving education to needy slum area children but developed painting, computer and dancing skills. Apart from these enjoy the celebration of Navratri, Holi, Kite festival etc. I feel very lucky as I have been associated with this NGO since the beginning

All throughout the writing of the screenplay for 3 Idiots, I was thinking about the issues plaguing the education system in India: emphasis on rote learning, chasing grades instead of knowledge, degree instead of depth and immersion. I now realize that these are issues related to higher education. The deeper problem is with primary education. And this is where institutes like Muskaan can play a major, meaningful role. The conviction and intensity with which Muskaan is striving to provide education for the strata that needs it the most is absolutely incredible. The zest with which very young students are receiving this education is amazing to witness. The quest is to get these students on par with their more privileged peers. This is a great contribution to the society. All I can say to Muskaan is, in the lingo of Munnabhai: Lage Raho Muskaan!

Muskan … means smile in Hindi Urdu and Gujarati languages and Muskan NGO really and literally brings permanent smile to many underprivileged ones in the society by educating them. What a noble cause!! I salute Mala and team Muskaan!!

The logo of muskaan itself spreading smile. The institute is really a need of hour. It is doing marvellous work for the student of depressed and poor families. The institute builds not only education but path of life for needy students. It makes them confident with love and emotions.
